Enviropol is a group of Technocrats who are involved In Designing, Manufacturing and Supply of Air Pollution Control Devices and Biomass Drying through Low temperature waste heat recovery systems. Started in the year 2003 we have come a long way with more than 400+ Installations spread over 30+ Countries and marking our presence in the broad spectrum of industries and applications.

What we have started few years back has now become a revolution. Enviropol stands with the Vision of India at COP 15 and Glasgow Conference 2021 in contributing to the reduction of Carbon footprints across Industries. Wet Scrubbers

Wet scrubbers control acid gases. To treat these gases an alkaline solution, such as lime, is used. The solution reacts with the acid gases to form salts, which are then collected as a sludge, dewatered, and landfilled.

WESP(WET-ESP)

Wet ESP technology from Enviropol – Envibat is gaining recognition due to its ability to capture sub-micron particulate with condensed acid mist unlike other dry separation technologies like Bag Filter & Dry ESP.

BF (BAG FILTER)

Dust laden air enters the dust collector through the hopper or casting depending upon the application. An internal baffle distributes the dirty air within the housing, dust laden air slows down as it enters the collector.

DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Dry Fog System works on the agglomeration principle, fugitive dust particles collide with fine water droplets, generated by air-assisted atomizers, get heavier and settle down material stream.

DUST & FUME EXTRACTION

A Dust / Fume Extraction system is an air quality improvement system used in industrial and commercial production shops to improve breathable air quality and safety by removing particulate matter from the air and environment.

SLURRY DE-WATERING SYSTEM

The clarified liquid in LGS leaves the inclined plate assembly through orifices at the top and is distributed into collection channels leading to clarified water outlet for circulation back to the scrubber.

EGB (ELECTRIFED GRAVEL BED)

This Technology is best suited as a polishing filter for sticky and high resistivity dust containing Alkalis like in Palm shell, Palm fiber, EFB and spent wash (Distillery waste) fired Boilers/Incinerators.

ESP (ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR)

FGD (FLUE GAS DESULPHURIZATION)

Indian coal contains sulphur in the range of 0.2 per cent to 0.7 per cent by weight. With this sulphur content, it is estimated that domestic coal-based plants emit Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) in the range of 800-1,600 mg/Nm3.

HYBRID DRYER

With the emission norms getting more stringent, the capital expenditure on Air Pollution Control (APC) is increasing. Hybrid Model of Bagasse Dryer provides an opportunity to the Millers to dry bagasse and clean the flue gas.
